SofaUSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, money
order, certified check, and wire transfer.
SofaUSA requires a 50% deposit at the time
you place your order, with the balance due
24 hours prior to shipping from our factory.
Delivery time
Regular manufacturing time will run between
4-6 weeks. These are only guidelines and
cannot be guaranteed by SofaUSA. If your
order is going to be delayed, we will advise
you within 4 weeks from the date your order
was placed.

Delivery dimensions
All merchandise is manufactured to fit
through standard door sizes. If the merchandise
does not fit through a door opening, SofaUSA.com
Inc. will not be responsible, and will subsequently
void the 30 day money back guarantee.
Orders cannot be returned as a result of
the customer’s miscalculation of the
furniture size, room, door or architectural
dimensions. Any calculation errors are the
sole responsibility of the consumer and
will void the 30 day money back guarantee.

Service
At NO extra charge SofaUSA will deliver
your order directly into your home. Unlike
other on-line furniture retailers, SofaUSA.COM
will not drop your merchandise off at the
foot of your driveway. We will send a crew
of two (2) professional delivery personnel
to move the merchandise directly into your
home.

Notification of delivery
Customers will be contacted by our home
delivery terminal to schedule delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive
the merchandise at that time or you may
be subject to additional charges by the
delivery company.
Money back guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with
your selection, simply put the merchandise
in its original packaging and ship it back
to us. SofaUSA will refund 100% of the purchase
price less the original delivery, reshipment
charge, repackaging costs, administration
fee, a 35% restocking fee, and any credit
card surcharges if applicable. If the item
is not returned in the original condition
in which it left our manufacturing facility,
additional repair charges may apply. The
30 day money back guarantee is effective
from the date the merchandise ships from
our factory.
Once the returned merchandise has passed
inspection by our quality control department,
your account will be credited immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted within 24
hours following confirmation of your order.
Please note you will be subject to a 3.5%
Credit Card surcharge fee on your deposit,
as well as a $150.00 Administration fee.
Once the manufacturing of your furniture
has begun, we will be unable to cancel any
orders.

Any custom changes or special orders from
other websites, catalogues or other forms
of media are final sale. Additionally, any
custom changes made to any merchandise will
void the 30 day money back guarantee.
